Keith has nearly three decades of experience in the financial services industry, previously serving for six years as a recruiter for another independent broker/dealer. Prior to that, he was a financial advisor for 18 years (eight years as an employee rep, and ten as an independent). He then sold his practice and became a recruiter.
Keith regularly shares his past experiences with advisors – like what’s involved when transitioning from an employee rep to independence, along with his strong understanding of what an advisor goes through to run a successful practice in good times and bad.

Keith holds the Series 7, 63, 65 and 24 industry licenses, and Life and Health Insurance licenses. In his spare time, he and his wife stay very involved in the sports activities of their four school age children.

Lisa has been with Securities America since 1996 and works with Keith in supporting prospective independent financial professionals. Lisa has performed many roles during her tenure with Securities America, including the Operations and Rep Relations departments, giving her a great depth and breadth of industry and company knowledge.
Chosen as the Securities America Employee of the Year in 2008, she works to ensure that every new advisor that comes on board experiences nothing but exceptional service. Lisa also focuses on the ongoing training of departmental staff and oversees special projects.
