Branch Manager Advisory Council -- As part of our commitment to branch recruiting success we created the Branch Manager Advisory Council. The selected representatives on this council are leaders in their efforts to expand their business, and each brings a different perspective on how to grow a branch as well as how to fulfill their client service proposition.
BranchXchange ListServ Community offers our branches a great source of branch management expertise: our branch managers' collective experience and knowledge. BranchXchange facilitates the sharing of best practices and productivity strategies among Securities America's branch managers, allowing them to regularly see the challenges that their colleagues are facing and the solutions that are working. Branch mangers will be able to learn from the variety of input given by all listserv subscribers, and from Securities America's Branch Office Development and Practice Management teams who also participate in the group to ensure that all questions receive a response.
